  • Food scientist and PD leader with 20+ years of experience at Wacker, Isagenix, Atkins, and Nestle.
  • Ph.D, in Food Science from University of Arkansas, USA; MS in Dairy Sciences from Mississippi State University, USA; MSc and Bsc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
  • Expertise in product development of dairy and protein-based beverages, meat alternatives, energy drinks, nutritional supplements, frozen meals, ice cream, cookies, snack bar, softgels, gummies, mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, and dips.
