Dr. Belayet Choudhury President and Founder
○ Food scientist and Flavor Creation Leader
○ A certified flavor chemist by training with an extensive 30+ year career in various key flavor development positions at Pepsi-Fritolay, Symrise, Takasago, Spicetec-ConAgra (Givaudan), and Universal Flavors (Sensient).
○ Ph.D., in Food Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA; MS and BS from University of Central Oklahoma, USA; and BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
○ Expertise in all segments of flavor creation namely bakery, beverage, confectionery, dairy, savory, snacks, seasonings and taste modulations.
Ken Tragash, VP Technical Sales
Ken is a food industry professional with over 50 years of experience in the food and flavor industry. He draws upon his vast experience of positions held in product development, marketing, sales, QC and manufacturing acquired throughout his decades of industry service to guide and assist his current client base towards their success. Ken is also a past board member of the NY IFT and remains a professional member emeritus of the organization.
Throughout the years Ken has held positions of Technical Advisor, Product Development Professional, Industry Manager and Sales for global flavor companies. His last position as Associate Director of Sales for Ajinomoto spanned almost 20 years.
Dr. Mamun Monsoor, Vice President, Flavor Applications & Product Development
○ Food scientist with 20+ years of experience at Wacker, Isagenix, Atkins, and Nestle.
○ Ph.D., in Food Science from University of Arkansas, USA; MS in Dairy Sciences from Mississippi State University, USA; MSC and Bsc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
○ Expertise in product development of dairy and plant protein-based beverages, meat alternatives, energy drinks, nutritional supplements, frozen meals, cookies, snack bar, soft gels, gummies, mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, and dips.
