Dr. Belayet Choudhury, President and Founder
○ Food Scientist and Flavor Creation Leader
○ A certified flavor chemist by training with an extensive 30+ year career in various key positions at Pepsi-Fritolay, Symrise, Takasago, Spicetec-ConAgra (Givaudan), and Universal Flavors (Sensient), recognized as one of the leading flavor development specialists in the industry.
○ Ph.D. in Food Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA; MS and BS from the University of Central Oklahoma, USA; and BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
○ Expertise spans all segments of flavor creation, including bakery, beverages, confectionery, dairy, savory, snacks, seasonings, and taste modulations.
Ken Tragash, VP Technical Sales
Ken is one of the most respected expert food scientists with over 50 years of experience in the food and flavor industry. Drawing upon his extensive background in product development, marketing, sales, QC, and manufacturing, he guides and assists his clients toward success with unmatched insight and practical expertise.
Throughout his career, Ken has held positions as Technical Advisor, Product Development Professional, Industry Manager, and Sales for global flavor companies. His last role as Associate Director of Sales for Ajinomoto spanned nearly 20 years. He is also a past board member of the NY IFT and remains a professional member emeritus, recognized among leading food science experts in the industry.
Dr. Mamun Monsoor, Vice President, Flavor Applications & Product Development
○ Food scientist with 20+ years of experience at Wacker, Isagenix, Atkins, and Nestle.
○ Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Arkansas, USA; MS in Dairy Sciences from Mississippi State University, USA; MSc and BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
○ Expertise in product development of dairy and plant protein-based beverages, meat alternatives, energy drinks, nutritional supplements, frozen meals, cookies, snack bars, soft gels, gummies, mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, and dips. Known among industry peers as a trusted Flavor Application Specialist, delivering products that balance taste, texture, and functionality.
